报告摘要:
Considerthe dynamics of a layer of viscous incompressible fluid lying above arigid bottom and below the atmosphere. It is proved that thereis a uniform time interval on which the uniform estimates independentof both viscosity and surface tension coefficients can beestablished. Furthermore, for fixed viscosity the global-in-timeuniform estimates independent of the surface tension coefficient canbe established for the small initial data. These uniform estimatesallow one to justify the vanishing viscosity or surface tensionlimits by the strong compactness argument.
