报告摘要：

Consider the dynamics of a layer of viscous incompressible fluid lying above a rigid bottom and below the atmosphere.  It is proved that there is a uniform time interval on which the uniform estimates independent of both viscosity and surface tension coefficients can be established. Furthermore, for fixed viscosity the global-in-time uniform estimates independent of the surface tension coefficient can be established for the small initial data. These uniform estimates allow one to justify the vanishing viscosity or surface tension limits by the strong compactness argument.
