III. Additional Notes

1. Faculty and students shall book their shuttle tickets via the Transportation Booking service on the GZIC Smart Service Mini Program（WeChat App） in advance. A QR code ticket shall be presented to the driver for verification upon boarding. Failure to cancel or use a reservation three consecutive times will result in being blacklisted, prohibiting any further bookings for 14 days. Students who don’t board the shuttle bus for three consecutive reserved tickets will be prohibited from booking tickets for 2 weeks.

2. To improve the utilization rate of shuttle bus resources, the relevant functional departments of the University will dynamically adjust the shuttle bus arrangements based on the reservation and boarding conditions. In case of significant adjustments to bus routes or major events, separate notices on shuttle bus arrangements will be issued.

3. Shuttles departing from and arriving at the Road South of Building F2 in Guangzhou International Campus will stop at the Road South of Building D2 and the Road South of Building B2; shuttles departing from Hubin North Road in Wushan Campus will stop at the North District boarding point, and shuttles arriving at Hubin North Road in Wushan Campus will stop at the Library, Hubin North Road, and North District boarding point in sequence.

4. Students may board faculty/staff shuttle buses only if seats remain available after the final pickup point at each campus (B2 at the International Campus / North Zone boarding point at Wushan Campus). Valid student ID must be presented, and passengers must comply with the driver’s instructions.

5. For safety, do not carry flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, infectious materials, firearms, ammunition, controlled knives, or any items endangering public security.
