根据上级有关部门和学校关于做好网络安全保障工作的精神，广州国际校区“GZIC智慧服务”小程序将于2026年6月1日—10日进行开放时段限制，期间校园网可全时段访问小程序，外网访问时段为每天07:00-23:30。

限制开放时段后，使用外网访问小程序内各项服务功能如公务来访、交通车预约、在线报修、门锁小助手、生活缴费等将受到一定影响。预约交通车车票后，如因网络问题无法核销车票，可在“失约未乘车”记录页面按照提示填写失约原因并进行申诉。

In accordance with requirements of relevant authorities, the GZIC Life mini-program of SCUT will have limited access hours from June 1 to 10, 2026. During this period, the GZIC Life mini-program will be accessible 24/7 via the campus network, while access from external network is available only from 07:00 to 23:30. Please note when accessing the mini program via an external network outside of these hours, certain services may be affected, including Visit Appointment, Shuttle Bus Reservation, Online Repair Reporting, Electronic Keys, and Utility Payment.
