广大师生及教职工家属们：

校园单车是师生日常通勤的重要工具，为校园生活带来便利。为维护安全有序的校园环境，让单车出行成为一道文明风景线，我们向全体师生发出倡议：文明骑行，规范停放，共建舒心校园。

一、安全骑行，守住出行底线

•自觉遵守校园骑行规则，沿非机动车道慢行，严控车速。

•主动礼让行人，不逆行、不竞速，骑行时不接打电话、不浏览手机，全程专注路况。

•转弯提前观察路况，过拱桥务必下车推行，杜绝危险骑行，守护自身与他人安全。

二、规范停放，让出通行空间

•将单车停放在指定区域，按标线整齐摆放，不越线、不扎堆。

•严禁占用教学楼出入口、宿舍楼道、消防通道、人行道及绿化带，不堵塞应急通道、不占用公共路面，共同保障校园通行安全顺畅。

三、爱护车辆，珍惜公共资源

•善待自有单车，不随意丢弃、不人为损坏。

•规范使用共享单车，不私藏、不私锁、不损毁，使用后及时落锁、规范归位，共同爱护校园公共出行工具。

四、以身作则，传递文明风尚

•树立文明出行意识，从自身做起，自觉规范骑行与停放。

•主动提醒身边人文明用车，自觉抵制不文明行为，积极配合校园管理，以点滴行动守护良好出行秩序。

To all students, faculty members and their families:

Bicycles are an important means of daily commuting on campus, bringing great convenience to our campus life. To keep a safe environment and make cycling a beautiful sight on campus, we hereby propose to all members on the campus: ride in a responsible manner, park your bicycles properly, and join hands to build a pleasant campus together.

1. Ride Safely

•Obey campus cycling rules, ride in non-motor vehicle lanes, and strictly control your speed.

•Yield to pedestrians. Do not ride against the traffic, race, make or answer calls, or browse mobile phones. Always keep your full attention on road conditions.

•Observe road conditions in advance when turning. Get off and push your bicycle when riding across arched bridges. For your safety and that of others, please avoid dangerous riding.

2. Park Properly

•Park bicycles in designated areas and arrange them neatly along the marked lines. Do not cross the lines or park in clusters.

•It is strictly forbidden to occupy the entrances and exits of teaching buildings, dormitory corridors, fire exits, sidewalks and green belts. Do not block emergency passages or occupy public road surfaces, and work together to ensure safe passage on campus.

3. Cherish Bicycles and Public Resources

•Take good care of your own bicycle and do not abandon or damage it at will.

•Use shared bikes properly: no hiding, no private locking, no damage. Lock and park correctly after use.

4. Ride Politely, Start with Yourself.

•Foster awareness of responsible cycling, start from yourself, and standardize riding and parking behaviors.

•Take the initiative to remind those around you to use bicycles properly, resist improper riding behaviors, and actively cooperate with campus management.

Let us ride in a responsible manner, park in an orderly way, and start with ourselves to build a safe, clean, and caring community together.
