Professor Margaret Brennan:A proficient senior researcher with over 10 years post PhD experience in a wide range of general laboratory skills, interested in determining the connection between food ingredients, consumer quality and human nutrition. Her H index is 38 and has a publication record of over 125 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and an edited book to be published by Wiley Publishers – UK/ USA in March 2019 “Neurodegeneration and Alzheimer's Disease The role of diabetes, genetics, hormones and life style”.Regularly featuring as an author of top cited papers of SCI journals. Professor of Food Science at RMIT University – Melbourne, Australia. Experienced in data analysis and developing a track record in journal publications concerning food quality and preference. Recognised as a visiting Professor at South China University of Technology and visiting Professor at Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Successfully acted as supervisor for 20 PhD students and over 15 MSc students,and currently supervising 5 PhD students.
