About Topic 1:
Professor Margaret Brennan and Professor Charles Brennan (from RMITUniversity Australia) have published over 440 publications in peer reviewed journals over their careers and have co-authored a number of books. They share their experiences and advice in helping researchers write their publications to fit high quality journals. Examples will be given from the International Journal of Food Science and Technology which Professor Charles Brennan is Editor in Chief of.

Professor Charles Brennann:Charles Brennan教授是澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学自然科学院院长。CharlesBrennan教授于1992年当选林奈学会的院士,2007年当选英国高等教育学院的院士,2008年当选食品科技学会院士(IFT),目前还是美国谷物化学学会和新西兰营养学会的成员,国际谷物科学与技术协会的理事。Charles Brennan教授现担任International Journal of Food Science and Technology,Journal of Food Processing and Preservation杂志主编,并担任Starch和Foods等杂志的编委。Charles Brennan教授从事营养学研究和教学已有20余年,已指导30名硕士和博士研究生,在国际期刊上发表论文150多篇。Charles Brennan教授的研究兴趣为食品绿色加工、食品营养学、食品营养评价网络、食品安全风险评估、高附加值食品研究、食品废弃发布物转化研究等方面。
