Dr. Lijun You Attended the 12th Joint International Symposium on Food Science and Technology

        The 12th Joint International Symposium on Food Science and Technology co-sponsored by the National University of Singapore and Tokyo University of Ocean Science and Technology was held in the Department of Food Science of the National University of Singapore from November 30 to December 2, 2019. Dr. Lijun You from our department attended the meeting and served as the co-chair. She also gave an oral presentation titled Structural Characteristic and Lipid Metabolism Regulating Effect of Polysaccharide from Gracilaria Lemaneiformis.

 

 

 

  

 

The international symposium was firstly held in Tokyo in 2008 and was organized by the National University of Singapore and Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology. This year it is the 12th symposium. It was organized by the National University of Singapore and Tokyo Marine University of Science and Technology, and co-organized by Malaysia University, Hokkaido University, Jiangnan University, South China University of Technology, Zhejiang University and other schools. Participator are scholars and students from Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, China and other countries.
