On 24th of March, Professor Jin Cheng, the Director of Guangxi Academy visited our School and gave a presentation with topic of Synthesis and function of microbial polysaccharides and glycoproteins.
Professor Jin is a famous specialist in the area of microbial polysaccharides and glycoproteins. His work focuses on the syntheses, metabolisms and functions of those substances in the microorganisms. His Lab is one of the most influential units in this field on the earth.
During the presentation, Professor Jin shared his experiences and results in his academic career, and after that, the audiences made a active discussion with him.
