The first event of the Outstanding Oversea and Domestic Young Scholar Forum was hold in the School of Food Science and Technology, SCUT. A report was given by Dr. Chen Wen from the MedicalSchool, HarvardUniversity, with topic of “NMR Spectroscopy for Protein and Metabolomics and Efficiently High-Affinity Aptamer Selection through Fluorescence-activated cell sorting”, in Dongtang Hall, No.13 Building, on 9^th of March, 2016. In the report, Dr. Chen discussed the last research about protein, reassembly of cell membrane protein and application of NMR.
