Professor Charles Brennan for Lincoln University, New Zealand visited our School on 28th of April, 2016. Professor Charles Brennan gave a lecture about the producing of beer and yogurt for the students of Food Nutrition Programme. The lecture is part of the course ‘Food Biochemistry’ and the Project of ‘Lectures from Famous Oversea Professors’. In the lecture, Professor Charles Brennan discussed the changes of nutrition of food during processing. He also compared the differences of China and New Zealand in the area of Food Nutrition and Health. And at last, he made a proposal that the China and New Zealand should have more cooperation in this area.
