In the afternoon of February 22nd, 2023, the signing ceremony of strategic agreement, patent license transfer and technology development project between Lvma Environmental Technology Co., Ltd and the School was held in Foshan. He Jianhua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, Professor Zhu Nengwu, Executive Vice President of the School, Professor Li Ping, Professor Wu Jinhua, Zeng Chijia, Chairman of Lvma Environment, Deputy Director Liao Zhaoneng, Executive Director Ou Zhaosheng, General Manager Zeng Jianwen and other leaders attended the ceremony.



In the speeches of both sides, He Jianhua, Party Secretary of the School, expressed the complementary strengths of both sides and hoped that the cooperation could be practically and effectively implemented and expanded. Ou Zhaosheng, Executive Director of Lvma Environment, conveyed gratitude to the School for its technical support in solid waste disposal and water treatment, and said that the strategic cooperation and industry-academia-research collaboration would be of great significance to the development of the company.  


At the ceremony, Professor Zhu Nengwu, Executive Vice President of the School, and Zeng Jianwen, General Manager of Lvma Environment, signed the strategic cooperation agreement, four invention patent license transfer agreements, and the agreement on R&D and Application of Key Technology for 100 tons/day Waste Hydraulic Sorting and High-valued Recycling in Fusha Town, Zhongshan on behalf of both parties. The two sides hoped to take the project as the starting point of the future in-depth cooperation, and planned to complete the project of building 20 standardized production lines in the mid-term, so as to supplement to the current solid waste disposal model, open up a new track in the field of domestic waste disposal and resource utilization, and contribute to the high-quality development of the city.
