In the afternoon of July 1, 2022, five members of the delegation from Fujian Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, including Deputy Director Xu Wei, Director of Water Division Ye Dashi, and Deputy Director of Fujian Provincial Institute of Environmental Science Shi Chengchun, visited the School. Dean Ye Daiqi, Vice Dean Hu Yun, and Deputy Director of National Engineering Laboratory Qin Yexia, had a discussion with them in Conference Room 102.

At the symposium, Ye Daiqi first reported the development of the School of Environment and Energy of South China University of Technology, then Deputy Director Xu Wei introduced the purpose of the visit, and the two sides discussed and exchanged views on promoting the construction of the scientific and creative industrial center of ecological civilization, VOCs treatment technology, and talent transfer, etc. They expressed great hope that our School would recommend excellent graduates to work in the Department of Ecology and Environment of Fujian Province. Both sides hope to carry out more extensive and in-depth cooperation in various aspects in the future.
