Vice President Zhu Min first extended his festive congratulations and sincere greetings to all the teachers who have fulfilled their duties and worked hard, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the teachers who have been caring and supporting the development of the university. He pointed out that the university successfully convened the 17th Party Congress this year, emphasizing the need to 'build a first-class team with a solid foundation.' He said the university would comprehensively strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style, continuously reform the personnel service system, and strive to create a high-quality professional and innovative teacher team with noble ethics, high teaching and researching ability, reasonable structure and full of vitality.
