Curriculum Vitae

  • Xiong Xunhui, Ph.D., is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the South China University of Technology. He received his Ph.D. degree from Central South University in June 2015, and then joined South China University of Technology in September 2015, and was promoted to Professor of South China University of Technology in April 2017. He has published more than 60 papers in SCI journals such as Energy Environ. Sci., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Nano, Nano Lett. etc. The papers have been cited more than 6000 times, with H-factor of 43. He also has 15 highly cited papers, and 16 applied/granted patents. He is a reviewer for Joule, Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater. and ACS Nano. Prof.Xiong prefers students, majoring in chemistry, materials, environment and other related majors, who are interested in energy conversion and storage, solid waste resource utilization. He also required applicants to be motivated, diligent and love research.
