On the morning of January 11th, 2018, vice President Li Zheng in the company of Zhou Qin, the director of admissions office, Xiang Cong, the director of the dean's office, Meng Xun, the secretary of Youth League Committee, Li Weiqing the minister of student affairs department, and Ruan Xiangqian ,the director of the higher education mega center campus office of the graduate school, came to our school to investigate and guide our work. The dean of our school, Ye Daiqi, and secretary of the party committee, Chen Hangyu with other leaders and teacher representatives participated in the] meeting.  

 At the meeting, Dean Ye firstly made a school work report in which the present situation, achievements and the main problems of the school in recent years were reported from four aspects of discipline construction, teaching stuff, scientific research and talent training. He also expressed the goal of discipline development under the background of "The New Age" and "Double First-Class" and listed some measures that would be taken to promote the comprehensive development of the school in the near future. Then, secretary Chen additionally reported the work of school party construction and laboratory safety. Lin Zhang and Zhu Nengwu, the deputy dean and WuYaohua, deputy secretary of party committee supplemented the work of each branch respectively. Professor Yin Hua, professor Hu Yun and other teacher representatives expressed the desire that the university could support the admissions resources, talent introduction and lab safety construction.  

 Vice President Li Zheng and the entourages listened attentively to the reports of the school leadership and the teachers, and gave some instructive thoughts and suggestions on solving the problems about the development of the school. Vice President Li affirmed the school's achievements in the discipline construction, and he thought school's analysis for their own positioning was very thorough and its goal was very clear. Furthermore, Vice President Li hoped our school could communicate with each department of the university actively to solve the confronting problems and the university would consider to support and help in terms of policies and resources in the proper way.
