On the afternoon of November 30th, South China University of Technology held the 2017 Staff Sports Games in the Western District Stadium. The games were divided into two parts which were called the competitive events and funny activities respectively. The labor union of our school organized teachers, including Zhu Nengwu, Li Xiaoqin, Yang Chen, Qin Yujie, Liu Li, Chen Bing, Shi Wei, Yi Xiaoyun, Chen Li'e, Chen Bingqiong, Wu Zhangyi, Zhou Weijia, Fu Mingli, Wu Jinhua, Ren Yuan, Qiu Yongcai, Huang Jianlin, Cheng Shuang and so on, to participate in the solid sphere, sit-ups, rope skipping, kicking shuttlecock, long jump, women's 800 m, men's 1600 m, middle-aged group's 6*50 m relay and other competitions.

Among them, Associate Professor Li Xiaoqin won the first place in the women's 800 m race. Finally, our school reached the best grade since we have took part in the games which was tied for second place in the B group in total grade.       

The sports games not only provided a platform for teachers to communicate with each other, enhance the unity and friendship among them, but also improved the physical quality of teachers while delighting their bodies and minds, and created a spirit feature of becoming more and more positive, hard-working and progressive. .
