On the morning of December 1st, 2017, “2017 Guangzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair” was held in Chuangzhi Building on Qinglan Street of Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center.Qiu Kenan, deputy inspector of Guangdong Provincial Education Department, Zhang Jianhua, Deputy Secretary-General of Guangzhou Municipal Government, Chen Dejun, district chief of Panyu District, and Zhu Min, vice-principal of South China University of Technology, and other universities leaders attended the grand fair.

“Qinglan Plan” award ceremony for selected projects from outstanding entrepreneurial team was held at the opening ceremony of “2017 Guangzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair”. Among them, Guangzhou Huan Yunxin Technology R & D Co., Ltd., founded by Long Shicheng, Zhu Zhenhua and so on, successfully won the first prize. The company was one of the cultivation enterprises of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base of South China University of Technology.
Vice-principal Zhu Min sincerely congratulated the winning team, and communicated with the team advisor, Associate Professor Zhu Yun, and the core members of the enterprise, encouraged them to innovate and serve the society with the strong support from South China University of Technology.
The 2017 Guangzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair was divided into 6 exhibition areas to show innovative and entrepreneurial achievements, including 63 innovative and entrepreneurial projects from South China University of Technology and other 15 universities .

Based on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base of South China University of Technology, Guangzhou Huan Yunxin Technology R & D Co., Ltd. has developed a series of research projects, covering a decision support system capable of working out emissions inventory, simulating air quality and managing air quality on the basis of digestion and absorption of the core technologies of US air quality management simulation and decision support. The system consists of an assessment tool for the cost of air pollution control, a real-time air quality simulation visualization tool, an assessment tool for air pollution control and health benefit, assessment tools for air quality standards, and a tool of health benefit or cost of economy. It was designed to scientifically optimize the cost of air pollution control and human health benefits of monetization, provide government departments with auxiliary decision support based on the internationally advanced cost efficiency model and provide technical support for the cost-effectiveness assessment of the policy formulation and implementation of air pollution prevention and control in China. The company keeps a foothold in the Pearl River Delta, and its business is aimed at all over the country. Its scope of business has covered Beijing, Sichuan, Hunan, and Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen, Dongguan and other places.
