Biography:
I am an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. I am also a member of CCF, a board member of the Tiangong Kaiwu Open Source Foundation, and a Huawei “Intelligent Base” course co-supervisor. My research mainly focuses on AI large model-assisted chip and integrated circuit design, as well as embodied intelligence for robotics. I have led a major project under the National 863 Program, a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, three Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan projects, one Guangdong Natural Science Foundation project, and two industry-academia-research chip design projects.
I have been invited to speak at the 2024 CCF Chip Conference, the RISC-V Industry Summit, and ROSCon China. In 2025, I served as an expert problem setter for the Synopsys large-model chip design track in the Graduate Integrated Circuit Innovation Competition. In teaching, I have supervised students to win the Second Prize in the final of the 4th National College Student Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020 and the First Prize in the national final of the 5th Integrated Circuit EDA Design Elite Challenge in 2024. I was honored as a Pioneer Teacher of the Ministry of Education-Huawei “Intelligent Base” in 2021 and as an Outstanding Teacher in 2023. The course Computer Organization and Architecture that I teach was recognized as a first-class course in the SCUT-Huawei “Intelligent Base” program in 2023. I have also served as chief editor or co-editor of several higher education textbooks in computer systems and computer organization.
