 Biography:

 I received my B.S. and M.S. degree at Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1989 and 1992 respectively, and my PhD at South China University of Technology in 2004. In 2008 and 2016, I went to the US as a visiting scholar at Columbia University and the University of Florida. I have engaged in research in artificial intelligence and wireless network technologies for many years. I have led and completed projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and Industry-University-Research Collaboration Project of Guangdong Province and Ministry of Education of China, the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Program, the Guangzhou Key Research and Development Program Major Science and Technology Project, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities Key Project, as well as several projects in the field of information technology from enterprises. I have published over 80 papers in important academic journals or international conferences, of which 36 are indexed by SCI or EI. I have been granted 7 invention patents and obtained 32 computer software copyrights. In 2014, I received the Seventh Guangdong Education Teaching Achievement (Higher Education) First Prize, and in 2023, I was awarded the Second Prize in the Guangdong Division of the Third National College Teachers Teaching Innovation Competition. In the same year, I was selected for the "2022-2023 Outstanding Teacher Award Program for Computer Science Majors in Higher Education Institutions" by the Computer Science Teaching Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Education, China.
