He received his Ph.D. degree in Electronic and electrical engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2006. He received his Master & Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China in 1998 and 1995 respectively.
