Zhicong Huang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation and the M.Eng. degree in mechanical and electronic engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in power electronics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, in 2018.
In 2019, Dr. Huang was a Postdoctoral Fellow under the UM Macao Talent Program with the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, Macau, China. Since 2020, he has been an Associate Professor with the Shien-Ming Wu School of Intelligent Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. His research interests include power electronics techniques in electric vehicles and power systems.
Dr. Huang is now serving as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics. He has received reviewer awards from a variety of IEEE journals including IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, and IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems.
