The facility is a joint-venture named Guangdong Huajin Advanced Alloys Industrial Company, Ltd. which is located at
Huadu District of Guangzhou. The factory building occupied an area of 13000 m2 and capable for large-scale powder metallurgy and casting production. The facility possesses a variety of equipment for material processing and production with an annual sale of 6800 millions RMB in the first half of 2004. A total asset valued over 13 millions RMB. Major products include:
1) High strength, wear-resisting aluminum bronze (KK) casting parts such as worm gears, bushes and bearings for elevators, tractors and gearboxes, dies and digging machine teeth etc.
2) High strength, wear-resisting zinc alloys (ZMJ) casting parts such as worm gears, bushes and bearings for elevators, tractors and gearboxes, connecting rods and hydraulic pressure elements etc.
3) Wear-resisting cast iron parts for building machinery
4) Iron-base powder metallurgy parts such as gears for motorcycles and automobiles, chain gears, connecting rods, gears for office machines etc.
