Symposium Venue:

     Shaw Building of Humanities in SCUT Wushan Campus.

  Shaw Building of Humanities is in the intersection between the east lake and the west lake which is the campus ecological corridor node. The building area is 6374 square meters, considered as another masterpiece of Lingnan new building. It has a new breakthrough in the adaption of subtropical climate and environment and the Lingnan architectural modern features. Along the north and south, it can through the corridors, Bridges, from the east, south, north three directions, to establish a dialogic relationship between man and nature, among building relationships. Its design integrates the overall campus environment, and it fully expresses the campus culture characteristics to be become one of SCUT campus landmarks.

1.Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Shaw Building of Humanities

 Route 1: Airport shuttle bus

     Take line 6 from the airport terminal A2 (or from the airport terminal B12) →get off at the Guangzhou Grandview Mall Station (about RMB 21) →take the metro in Line 3 (get on at Tiyu Xilu Station, and get off at Wushan Station from entrance C, RMB 3) →then walk for 1.1 km to the Shaw Building of Humanities

Route 2: Taxi   

      For about 40 km (about 50 minutes, RMB 160)

Guangzhou Baiyun Airport——Airport Express Way——Pingsha Bridge——South China Highway——Guangyuan Road——Wushan Road——Wushan Campus of South China University of Technology

Route 3: Metro

    Take the metro in Line 3 north extension (get on at Airport South Station, and get off at Tiyu Xilu Station) → interchange Line 3 (towards to the Tianhe Coach Terminal Station) →get off at Wushan Station from entrance C →then walk for 1.1 km to the Shaw Building of Humanities 

2.Guangzhou South Railway Station → Shaw Building of Humanities

Route 1: Taxi
    For about 32 km (about 50 minutes, RMB 86)

Route 2: Metro

Get on Line 2 at Guangzhou South Railway Station (towards to the Jianghewanggang Station) →interchange Line 8 at Changgang Station (towards to the Wanshengwei Station) →get off at Kecun Station and interchange Line 3 (towards to the Tianhe Coach Terminal Station) →get off at Wushan Station from entrance C →then walk for 1.1 km to the Shaw Building of Humanities

3.Guangzhou East Railway Station → Shaw Building of Humanities

Route 1: Taxi
     For about 6 km (about 22 minutes, RMB 20)

Route 2: Metro

     Take Line 3 north extension (towards to the Tiyu Xilu Station) →get off at Tiyu Xilu Station and interchange Line 3 (towards to the Tianhe Coach Terminal Station) →get off at Wushan Station from entrance C →then walk for 1.1 km to the Shaw Building of Humanities

Route 3: Bus

     Take No.41 bus at Guangzhou East Coach Terminal Bus Station→ get off at South China University of Technology Station→ go up the stair and walk in the Main Gate of SCUT →then walk for 0.9 km to the Shaw Building of Humanities
