Research on structurally ordered intermetallic compounds for electro-catalytic reactions of fuel cells and electrolytic water, mainly including:
➢ Development and performance enhancement strategy of new and highly efficient intermetallic compound catalysts;
Controllable synthesis of intermetallic compounds with small particle size and high ordered degree;
➢ Study on new highly stable support materials matched with intermetallic compound catalysts;
➢ Study on catalyst design and mechanism based on DFT calculation

(2) Solid State Lithium Battery
For the sake of further enhancing the energy density and safety performance of lithium-ion battery, on the foundation of theoretical calculation and simulation, the mechanism was elucidated deeply and the scientific rules were summarized closely combining with specific experimental process. Ongoing research is as follows:
➢ Study on synthesis method and ion transport mechanism of novel solid electrolyte
➢Study on interface design and optimization of LLZO and LLZTO solid electrolytes
➢Study on structure design and lithium deposition behavior of lithium metal anode
➢Study on synthesis of novel lithiophilic current collector materials for Lithium metal battery
