Postdoctoral Recruitment

Ⅰ. Research Direction

1. Electrocatalysis: catalyst design and catalytic reaction mechanism in fuel cell/metal air cell;

2. Solid-state ionic conductors: Solid electrolyte studies in all-solid-state batteries/fuel cells (Li-ion conductor/sodium ion 

    conductor/proton conductor)

3. Calculations and simulations related to the above two directions.

Ⅱ. Recruitment requirements

1. Candidates who have obtained the doctoral degree within 3 years, or who have passed the defense of the doctoral dissertation, should 

    be under the age of 35;

2. Strong interest in electrochemistry/new energy materials, with solid academic training background;

3. Good English writing skills, high level research papers are preferred.

Ⅲ. Employment period and treatment

1. The university will provide an annual salary of ￥200,000-320,000 for postdocs, and pay the five social insurances and one 

    housing fund according to the standard of the university staff at the same level;

2. The co-supervisor will grant additional living allowance or performance award (￥20,000 to 60,000/year) to the postdoctoral fellows 

    according to their work performance, and assist them to apply for various natural science funds and talent programs;

3. Postdoctoral research achievements shall be rewarded according to the regulations of the University;

4. According to the regulations of the university, the postdoctoral fellows are provided with rental apartments or rental subsidies, and 

    their children enjoy the same treatment as the children of the faculty and staff of the university.

5. Applicants with outstanding postdoctoral achievements can apply for deputy senior title. Those who get better results when leaving 

    the station can apply for school detention; After leaving the station to stay in school for a year, it can be exceptionally identified as a 

    high professional title, and the corresponding arrangements are made after being identified by the school.
