国际经济与贸易(留学生全英班)本科课程

财务管理学

本课程是高等学校经济管理学科下金融专业的一门重要专业领域课程。本课程包括财务分析和计划,营运资本管理、资本预算方法和长期融资等四个方面的内容。具体而言,学生将系统地学习到财务管理的基本理论,基础会计报表与财务预测、经营杠杆与财务杠杆,流动资产管理,短期融资,货币时间价值与资产评价,资本市场,普通股与优先股融资,股利政策与留存收益等相关金融知识,并且在这些基础内容之上,学习到制定具体筹资决策,投资决策,成本决策,收入和利润分配决策等财务管理策略的方法。该课程适用于已学完大学英语、会计课程和经济学课程的高等学校金融专业高年级本科生。通过该课程的学习,能帮助金融专业的学生提高其财务管理技能,构建财务管理学的知识体系。


Financial Management

This course introduces the fundamentals and skills of financial management, and the investing, financing and dividend distribution decision of the enterprises. It emphasizes the main principle and methods of financial management, including financial analysis and planning, working capital management, capital budgeting process, long-term financing, expanding the perspective of corporate finance.


概率论与数理统计

本课程是大学本科阶段一门重要的基础必修课,是学习统计类课程的入门课程。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握处理随机现象的基本思想和方法,掌握概率论和数理统计的基本概念,培养学生运用概率统计方法分析和解决实际问题的能力,并为今后学习后继课程打下必要的基础。


Probability and Mathematical Statistics

This is an important fundamental compulsory course for the undergraduate students. It is an introductory course for the further statistical courses. After learning this course, the students can deal with the random phenomena by the basic idea and method, mater the basic concepts of probability and statistics. This course aims for developing the students’ applications of probability and statistics, and abilities of solving the practical problems. It is the necessary preliminary for the further courses in the future.


管理学

本课程为导论性的基础课程,主要讲授管理学的基本原理与实践。通过教学,让学生熟悉管理的发展史,初步理解管理的现象和行为,熟悉管理的环境及管理者的角色、责任、技能等,为进一步学习有关专业课和管理实践工作奠定良好的基础。通过本课程的教学,学生对管理学不仅仅停留在“学”上,而是提升到对周围发生的环境的认识中和自觉的使用相关方法解决一些自己碰到的问题。


Management

国际市场营销

《国际市场营销》是市场营销专业的基础课程,是市场营销系一门综合性设计性的课程。以全英文方式授课。它以工商企业的国际市场营销活动为主体,重点研究在全球经济一体化环境下,企业要实现其国际市场扩张战略前,所进行的一系列事前市场营销环境分析、调研、战略策划和市场管理活动。


International Marketing

This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the broad differences between domestic and international marketing.  It looks at the international perspectives of the elements of the marketing mix and the external environments including economic, cultural, political, legal and other influences that affect international marketing decisions.  Entry strategies are considered as are the organizational choices involved in cross-border marketing. This course will enable students to explore the nature of marketing management decisions in an international context.
