Led by Professor Xia Zhiguo, we focus on cutting-edge scientific issues in the field of luminescent materials and devices, and conduct innovative research on key materials and device integration in areas such as white light near-infrared LED light sources, laser driven fluorescent light sources, X-ray and near-infrared detection imaging. The team has undertaken 5 national level scientific research projects and 3 provincial and ministerial level projects in the past five years. They have published over 100 SCI papers in journals such as Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, and Advanced Materials, and have been granted more than 20 Chinese invention patents. The team's achievements have won the second prize of the Ministry of Education's Natural Science Award and the first prize of the China Rare Earth Science and Technology Award for Natural Science. The team focuses on cultivating high-level talents and has guided more than 30 master's students and 12 doctoral students.
