To deepen industry-education integration, precisely align with enterprise employment needs, and expand employment channels for graduates, the School of Physics and Optoelectronics visited Shenzhen CSOT Technology Co., Ltd. on April 15, 2026, to carry out a special activity of visiting enterprises and expanding job opportunities. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Ye Yujia, counselor Yang Honghao, and 18 senior students participated.

Guided by enterprise staff, teachers and students visited the exhibition hall of the enterprise, immersing themselves in the understanding of CSOT through various innovative products. These ranged from the world-leading 8K ultra-high-definition display panel, flexible and foldable displays, and curved screens, to the ink screens widely used in education and transportation, as well as QLED display technology and Thunderbird smart glasses. The teachers and students were exposed to cutting-edge technologies in the display technology industry, and also had a more intuitive understanding of the application prospects of knowledge innovation in the industrial sector.

In the observation area of the production plant, teachers and students gained a firsthand understanding of the relevant modules of film harvesting and the overall manufacturing process of display panels. They developed a clearer understanding of the modern production mode and process of the optoelectronic industry, and personally experienced the industrial landscape of the integrated development of intelligent manufacturing and optoelectronic technology.

In the subsequent symposium and exchange session, the head of human resources from the enterprise introduced the development history, industrial layout, research and development strength, and talent demand situation of CSOT, focusing on explaining the recruitment standards and training system for school-recruited talents. They interacted with the students and provided career planning advice. Ye Yujia, the deputy secretary of the college, expressed her hopes for the students' growth and career planning development, and invited the enterprise to jointly participate in the college's talent cultivation, working together to cultivate high-level talents for industry development.

This visit to enterprises to explore job opportunities has built a bridge for communication between schools and enterprises. It not only broadens the horizons of teachers and students and clarifies industry needs, but also further aligns with high-quality employment resources. In the future, the School of Physics and Optoelectronics will continue to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industry chain, and assist graduates in achieving high-quality employment, growth, and success.
