In order to create a strong academic atmosphere, promote teachers and students to better understand the frontier knowledge of their disciplines and grasp the latest research trends. Since September 2023, our Institute has invited more than ten experts and scholars for academic exchange activities.

Invited scholars include Professor Xu Yong from Tsinghua University, Researcher Meng Bo from Changchun Institute of Optics and Machinery, Postdoc Wang Haitian from Peking University, Dr. Xian Zhuoyu from Wurzburg University, and Yiqing from Auckland University Dr. Xu, Associate Researcher Lang Lijun from South China Normal University, Postdoctoral Fellow Mai Zhanfeng from Peking University, Associate Professor Nie Wei from Tianjin University, Associate Researcher Lv Mengjiao from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Lecturer Zhao Qing from Huzhou Normal University, Nuclear Physics Series from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia, Associate Professor Zhang Hongbao from Beijing Normal University, Postdoctoral Fellow Zhang Chao from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and more than 10 other experts, They held talks on the topics of Optical Frequency Comb of ring-cavity quantum cascade Lasers, Nuclear astrophysics, Quantum chaos, Kerr optical frequency Comb of Optical fibers, non-Hermetic singular physics, Black hole physics and gravitational waves, Topological states in quantum computing and quantum technology, nuclear microscopic models and neural networks, Reaction and structure of superheavy nuclei and so on Academic report exchange meeting.

In the current research hotspots and development frontiers of physics, experts combined their own scientific research experience to present a wonderful academic feast to the faculty and students. They shared their innovative research achievements in scientific research, as well as their experiences in scientific research and graduate training. These reports are rich in content and simple in depth, so that teachers and students of the College have an in-depth understanding of the latest progress and future development trend of physics, enhance the academic exchanges between teachers and students of the College, and create a good academic atmosphere.
