Personal profile
In the past five years, as the first/corresponding author, I have published 12 papers in journals and conferences in the fields of physics, chemistry, and materials, including Adv. Energy. Mater., Appl. Catal. B, and Adv. Electron. Mater. I have been responsible for the electrocatalytic CO2 reduction project of the Swiss Innovation Platform SCCER and the hydrogen production project through water electrolysis of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy PALE, and participated in the EU FCH-JU fuel cell cathode catalyst project. Additionally, I serve as a reviewer for journals such as Adv. Mater., ACS Catal., and Adv. Mater. Interfaces.
Research directions
Surface/interface physics, electrochemistry and electrocatalysis, micro- and nanoscale condensed matter physics, electromagnetic functional composites, high-resolution in-situ characterization techniques.
Education and Work Experience
From March 2012 to May 2016, I pursued my PhD in Applied Physics at the School of Physics, Technical University of Munich, under the supervision of Ulrich Stimming
From September 2009 to January 2012, I studied at the School of Physics, Beihang University, majoring in Condensed Matter Physics, and obtained a Master's degree in Science. My supervisor was Diao Xungang
From October 2009 to February 2011, I pursued a master's degree in Applied Physics at the School of Physics, Technical University of Munich, under the joint training program, with Oliver Schneider as my supervisor
From September 2005 to July 2009, I studied Applied Physics at the School of Physics, Beihang University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree
From July 2020 to present, South China University of Technology, School of Physics and Optoelectronics, Level 4 Professor
From June 2016 to December 2019, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Energy Conversion Materials Laboratory of the Swiss Federal Institute of Materials Science and Technology, under the supervision of Ulrich Vogt and Corsin Battaglia
