Mr. Liu Zhihong, born in 1956, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. From 1990 to 1993, he conducted postdoctoral research in integrated circuits in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. From 1993 to 2001, he served as Co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of BTA Technology, Inc. Between 2001 and 2003, he was President and CEO of Celestry Design Technology, Inc. From 2003 to 2010, he held the position of Global Vice President at Cadence Design Systems. Since December 2006, he has been Co-founder and Director of ProPlus. From May 2010 to the present, he has served successively as Chairman of Primarius Technologies Co., Ltd. and its successor entity, and currently holds the position of Chairman of the company.
