Abstract:
The third generation of photovoltaics has evolved various types of solar cells, each with its own challenges. The recent perovskite fever stems from the high efficiency achieved in a short time span, hitting over some 20%. This talk will report our recent work on perovskite solar cells by understanding the role of nanostructures, interfaces and film morphologies on the cell operation. The prospect of perovskite solar cells will be discussed.
