近日，课题组王豪硕士在 《Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance》 上发表了文章“The Relationship between the Flow Velocity of Freshwater and the Corrosion Performance of Steel Pipe Elbow Sections in Water Resource Allocation Engineering”.

在水资源配置工程中，流速是影响钢管弯头段腐蚀破坏的最重要因素。改论文研究了淡水流经不同弯管段位置时流速对碳钢腐蚀性能的影响。在流动淡水中，碳钢的腐蚀损伤加速;然而，随着流速的增大，这种加速作用减弱。在流速较低的弯管段，管壁外侧的腐蚀速率高于管壁内壁;当流速较大时，弯管段腐蚀损伤较为均匀。流动速度对碳钢腐蚀性能的影响与水动力参数分布以及在流动淡水中弯管截面不同位置腐蚀产物的不均匀积累密切相关。
