Research Interest and Main Achievements
The research interest is genetic modification and metabolic pathway modification of saccharomyces cerevisiae optimum of fermentation process and research and development of new fermentation product including brewing wine vinegar beverage lactate beverage. The main achievement was 30 papers 10 research projects 4 patents and 5 teaching books.

2007-2010 Presided over provincial level project:the genetic modification of saccharomyces cerevisiae in low higher alcohols .
2010-2013 Presided over provincial and ministerial level project:research on high efficient brewing wine of low temperature.
2013-2016 presided over enterprise project: research on high efficiency technology of brewing rice wine and rectification.
2013-2016 presided over enterprise project: research on fermentation technology of high quality fruit vinegar.
