科研情况

科研兴趣:

研究主要集中但不局限于:1核酸分子(DNARNA)的结构、生物、物理及化学性质;2高分辨率液体核磁共振(NMR)测定核酸及其他生物分子的三维空间结构;(3人类神经退行性疾病中基因不稳定性的机理;4生物药物靶向作用的机制及药物设计;5单分子技术研究生物大分子的生理学性质。
