个人简介:
王领,男,中共党员,2014年获中山大学药物化学博士学位。2014.08至今,华南理工大学生物科学与工程学院青年教师、师资博士后。近五年来一直从事新药开发基础和应用研究,包括 (1) 药物分子设计方法学研究及其应用(如诱导体系药物设计方法、优势药效片段药物设计方法、机器学习药物设计方法等);(2) 基于mTORCDK激酶靶向抗癌药物分子设计、合成、生物学筛选及分子机制;(3)大数据驱动的药物活性网络预测平台构建及开发(mTOR Predictor预测系统开发,http://rcdd.sysu.edu.cn/mtor/)(4) 蛋白质结构改造、功能优化及生物大分子功能模拟(如半乳糖酶催化位点功能改造)。在同行评议主流期刊(如Journal of ChemicalInformation and Modeling,Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, MedicinalChemistry Communications, Scientific Reports, BBA-General Subjects, Plos one,Molecular Diversity, STEROIDS)发表文章17篇。申请新药相关发明专利三项,授权两项。担任New Journal of ChemistryJournal of Molecular Modeling杂志审稿人。

研究方向:药物分子设计、药物化学、计算化学生物学

从事以化学、生物、药学、计算机科学为基础的药物分子设计新兴交叉领域,结合实验学科(干湿结合)应用于:
(1)
靶向抗癌和降血脂药物的设计合成及活性研究;
(2)
药物重定向研究;
(3)
基于氢氘交换质谱和蛋白模拟的药物蛋白相互作用研究;
(4)
网络药理学平台与ADMET预测系统开发。
