The School currently has 124 faculty members, among whom 72 are full-time teachers. The full-time teaching team boasts an excellent structure: 35 hold senior professional titles, 25 have associate senior professional titles, and 96% of the teachers possess doctoral degrees. Taking the One School, One Policy personnel system reform plan as the core starting point, the School has continuously deepened reform measures and strived to build a fast-track development channel for outstanding talents. On the one hand, it has increased efforts to introduce high-level talents; on the other hand, it has strengthened the training of young and middle-aged teachers, committed to building a high-level teaching team led by top talents with a rational echelon structure.
