▎工作经历
副教授,高级工程师,博士生导师,获华南理工大学工学博士学位和建筑学学士学位,华南理工大学博士后(合作导师:何镜堂院士),香港大学公派博士后研究员,新加坡国立大学设计与工程学院CSC公派访问学者,亚热带建筑与城市科学全国重点实验室固定研究人员,深圳市绿色建筑协会专家委员会委员,德国DGNB绿色建筑评价咨询师,美国健康建筑WELL认证工程师,入选2020年度“广东省青年优秀人才国际培养计划博士后项目”。在何镜堂院士工作室从事多年大型公共建筑设计和校园规划的科研工作与设计实践,积极倡导绿色建筑、智慧建筑、健康建筑关键技术的协同耦合与集成示范。 Xiao Liu, an Associate Professor, Senior Engineer, and Doctoral Supervisor, holds a Doctor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Architecture (Professional Degree) from the South China University of Technology. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow under the supervision of Academician Jingtang He, a Visiting Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Hong Kong, and is a Visiting Scholar sponsored by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) at the College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore. He is a Regular Research Member of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building and Urban Science, an Expert Committee Member of the Shenzhen Green Building Association, a DGNB Consultant, a WELL AP, and was honorably selected for the 2020 Postdoctoral Program of the Guangdong Young Excellent Talents International Study Program. For many years, he has been involved in scientific research and design practice, focusing on large-scale public building design and campus planning in Academician Jingtang He's Studio, and has been actively promoting the synergistic coupling and integration demonstration of key technologies in green building, intelligent building, and healthy building. |

主持8项省部级以上的科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省哲学社会科学规划项目、中国博士后科学基金等重要科研项目;参与完成“十三五”国家重点研发计划重点专项、广东省重大科技专项计划项目等多个重要项目。 在SCI/SSCI期刊、中国科协高质量科技期刊等发表学术论文60余篇(40余篇论文被SCIE/SSCI收录),其中1篇论文入选ESI热点论文,4篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文入选中国知网学术精要高被引、高下载及高PCSI论文,1篇论文荣获河南省教育厅科技成果奖优秀科技论文奖“一等奖”。授权发明专利1项和实用新型专利4项。 担任中国建筑节能协会团体标准《普通高等学校校园碳排放核算指南》和《高等学校近零碳校园评价标准》编写组成员;担任《建筑设计资料集(第三版)》第四分册办公室成员,负责统筹该分册的“教科建筑”专题,负责编写图纸部分制图标准和“高等院校”章节;参编《校园规划建筑》一书。 荣获教育部2023年度优秀勘察设计建筑设计“一等奖”,教育部2021年度优秀勘察设计建筑设计“一等奖”和绿色建筑“一等奖”,教育部2019年度优秀工程勘察设计规划设计“一等奖”,2023年度华夏建设科学技术奖二等奖,中国勘察设计协会2021年度行业优秀勘察设计奖“二等奖”,2024海峡两岸暨港澳建筑设计大奖“Nominated Award卓越奖”, Architecture Masterprize (AMP) 2024 Architectural Design Award “Best of Best奖”,广州市2024年度优秀工程勘察设计奖“一等奖”等多项重要奖项。 指导学生参加高水平学科竞赛,荣获第七届高等院校绿色建筑技能大赛“一等奖”和第六届该大赛“二等奖”,第五届全生命周期碳中和创新大赛“二等奖”等多个重要奖项;作为指导老师,荣获第六届和第七届高等院校绿色建筑技能大赛“优秀指导老师奖”。 He led over 8 national and provincial level research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation, the Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Project, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and participated in many important projects such as the National Key R&D Program of China and Guangdong Provincial Key R&D Programme. He published over 60 papers in academic journals such as SCI/SSCI and high-quality scientific journals of the China Association for Science and Technology (more than 40 papers have been indexed by SCIE/SSCI), one of which has been selected as an ESI Hot Paper, four of which have been selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers, two of which have been selected as highly cited, highly downloaded, and highly PCSI papers in CNKI, and one of which has won the First Prize of the Excellent Scientific and Technological Paper Award of the Science and Technology Achievement Award of the Henan Provincial Department of Education. He has been granted one Chinese invention patent and four Chinese utility model patents. He serves as an editorial board member for the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency (CABEE) standards, Guideline for carbon emissions accounting of university campuses and Assessment Standard for Near-Zero Carbon Campuses in Higher Education Institutions. Moreover, he serves on the editorial board for the fourth volume of Architectural Design Handbook (Third Edition), where he coordinates the topic Teaching and Research Buildings. He is also responsible for setting the drafting standards for the drawing section and authoring the chapter titled Higher Education Institutions. He also contributed to the compilation of the book Campus Planning and Architecture. He has received numerous accolades, including the First Prize of Excellent Architectural Design from the Ministry of Education in 2023, the First Prize of Excellent Architectural Design and Green Building in 2021, the First Prize of Excellent Planning and Design in 2019, the Second Prize of the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award in 2023, the Second Prize of the Excellent Investigation and Design Award in 2021 from the China Engineering and Consulting Association, the Nominated Award of the HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Awards in 2024, the Best of Best Award of Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) in 2024, and the First Prize of the Excellent Engineering Investigation and Design Award of Guangzhou in 2024, among other significant awards. He guided students to participate in high-level subject competitions, where they secured significant accolades, including the First Prize at the 7th Green Building Skills Competition for Higher Education Institutions and the Second Prize at the 6th Competition, the Second Prize at the 5th Life-Cycle Carbon Neutral Innovation Competition in 2022, and numerous other prestigious awards. He was honored with the Outstanding Competition Mentor Award at both the 6th and 7th Green Building Skills Competitions for Higher Education Institutions. |

深圳市绿色建筑协会专家委员会委员,德国DGNB绿色建筑评价咨询师,美国健康建筑WELL认证工程师。担任SSCI国际学术期刊Land Topical Advisory Panel Member、国际学术期刊Human Settlements and Sustainability青年编委和《绿色建筑》杂志青年编委。担任SCI中科院二区国际学术期刊IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing客座编辑。作为专题编辑负责六大SCI期刊“可持续社区和十五分钟城市研究前沿”专题组稿。担任Sustainable Cities and Society等国内外高水平学术期刊的审稿人。担任第八和第九届能源与环境科学国际会议ICEES组委会成员。 He serves as an Expert Committee Member of the Shenzhen Green Building Association, a DGNB Consultant, and a WELL AP. Additionally, he is a Topical Advisory Panel Member for the SSCI international academic journal Land, a Youth Editorial Board Member for the international academic journal Human Settlements and Sustainability, and a Youth Editorial Board Member for the Chinese journal Green Building. He has also served as a Guest Editor for the SCI international academic journal IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing. As a Topic Editor, he oversees the topic Advances in Sustainable Communities, Neighborhoods, and 15-Minute Cities-Theory, Methods, and Techniques across six SCI journals and acts as a reviewer for Sustainable Cities and Society and other high-impact academic journals internationally. Furthermore, he was a Member of the Organizing Committee for the 8th and 9th International Conference on Energy and Environmental Sciences (ICEES). |
