报告摘要:
Molecular-scale precision medicine is considered one of the main directions in medical development, whose realization relies on the comprehensive and accurate acquisition of molecular information and particular molecular therapies. Hao’s recent work has focused on Functions, Processes of Tumor Diagnosis and Therapy by Multi-specific Optical Molecular Biomaterials, with significant contributions including developing a novel strategy for dual RNAi synergistic therapy targeting dense solid tumors, creating a completely natural curative self-luminescence-photodynamic therapy, constructing a series of ultra-small multi-specific fusion protein probes, developing ultra-stable fluorescent molecular probes, and achieving real-time visualization of nanoparticles and treatment processes in vivo. After independence, Hao’s lab focused on Developing Live Optical Cellular Barcoding Materials for Spatiotemporal Single-Cell Omics, aiming to develop novel spatiotemporal single-cell omics techniques applicable to living tissues through the underlying construction and innovation of multiple optical biomaterials.
报告人简介:
颜昊博士目前是清华大学深圳国际研究生院的助理教授和独立PI。颜昊于2012年在天津大学获得本科学位,2018年于清华大学获得博士学位,随后在哈佛大学医学院Seok-Hyun Yun教授课题组进行了4年博士后研究,主要从事光学生物材料与光学前沿生物技术方面的研究。近几年来以第一作者和共同通讯作者在生物材料领域著名期刊发表论文10篇,包括Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater. (2篇), Biomaterials (3篇), Eur. J. Nucl. Med. Mol. Imaging以及Nano. Res., Adv. Opt. Mater.等,所发论文累计被引用1000余次,H因子18。担任Biomaterials, Theranostics, Biomedical Microdevices, Nanomedicine等期刊的审稿人;作为项目联合负责人(co-PI)在哈佛大学医学院完成美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)R01项目一项,作为项目核心成员参与NIH主任先驱奖(NIH Director’s Pioneer Award)和NIH主任变革研究奖等重大项目。
