科研
解决了多个阻碍磁电复合薄膜材料走向器件应用的关键问题,使其可能在磁电随机存储器等器件中得到应用;实现了vdW反铁磁半导体磁性的电学读出,为进一步获得基于该类材料的自旋电子学器件奠定了基础。目前已在Nature Electronics、Advanced Functional Materials、 ACS Appl. Mater. & Interfaces、Physics Review B、Applied Physics Letters等期刊发表SCI论文 40余篇,论文总引用超过 500 余次。
