The Guangzhou Shenzhen Science & Technology Innovation Corridor Planning was published in October this year. In order to implement the Intelligent Manufacturing Development Planning of Guangdong Province (2015-2025), give full play to the universities, research institutes and enterprises located in the Corridor in the field of intelligent manufacturing industry, to drive the innovation development, and to build the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science & Technology Innovation Corridor into silicon valley of China. On November 18th 2017, The Division of Advanced Manufacturing of Science & Technology Commission of MOE held the 7th Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science & Technology Innovation Corridor Intelligent Manufacturing Conference in Guangzhou Science City.

Division Participants include: Division Director, Academician Zhongqin LIN, President of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Deputy Director, Academician Jinping QU, South China University of Technology, Academician Feng QIAN, the vice President of East China university of science and technology, Professor Jun HONG, President assistant of Xian Jiaotong University,Professor Jihong CHEN, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Hongwen HE, Beijing Institute of Technology,Division members and member representatives.

The Conference was organized by Science & Technology Commission of MOE, and was co-organized by the SAME, and carried out discussion on how to combine the characteristics of Guangzhou-Shenzhen corridor in the equipment manufacturing industry of science and technology, and how to promote the technology of intelligent manufacturing industry innovation.
