Program Aims
The program is designed to provide students with both basic and advanced undergraduate education in the subject,together with practical training of research, development, analysis, evaluation, inspection and management in the field of safety engineering. The graduates can embark on a career in a variety of areas such as bureau of technology supervision, enterprises, research institutes, and institutions of higher learning, engaging in safety research, design, evaluation, inspection, education and risk management.

The program attaches great importance to cultivation of the students’ innovative and analytical thinking as well as acquisition of hands-on experience through participation in research projects.
