On 19th April, a new started ceremony and a plan to develop excellent collectivity named "pacemaker", sponsored by the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE), were held in the hall which is at third floor of 29th building. Liu ZeJiang, the deputy secretary of the party committee, and all the assistants and some student representatives attended the meeting.
On the meeting, five class, six party branch and 10 dorms were honored for their perfect performance in the last year. And then the students and the groups shared their stories about creating a good atmosphere in class and other study experiences. At last, Liu ZeJiang made a summing-up about the student work in 2011 and looked forward to the future work in 2012.
The "pacemaker" plan is a famous activity held by the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering (SMAE), which has been held for three times since the first time. It is to improve the development of the excellent class. Besides, the activity can also hold the class, the committee and the dorm tightly together, inspiring students to forming the mental world of them and searching the knowledge world of wisdom.
