In April, 2015, Vice President, Dean of School of Natural Science and Engineering of Carridiff University, Prof. Karen Holford paid a visit to SCUT. Vice president of SCUT QIU Xueqing, representatives of International Office and Office of Global Partnerships and the schools met the guests.
During the meeting, Prof. Qiu made a brief introduction of thesituation of our university, he said that the visit will help both sides to further deepen understanding and promote all-round exchanges and cooperation. Prof. Holford highly appreciated the level and characteristics of SCUT. She outlined the international cooperation strategy and scientific research of Cardiff University. She believed that the discipline, talent training of our two universities had a lot in common, the two parts can carry out comprehensive cooperation.
After the meeting, Prof. Holford visited our school.
