2024年12月31日前于中国地区高校毕业的来华留学生

International students from universities in China graduated before December 31, 2024

本科及以上学历，能取得中国普通高等教育学历证书

Bachelor's degree (or above), China Higher Education Qualification Certificate

新HSK三级及以上，并能用中文进行流畅交流

New HSK Level 3 (or above),and fluent in oral Chinese
