Insurance Claims

If the total amount is less than 5000 Yuan, you can operate self-service claim. Follow the WeChat offical account of “来华留学生保险”，click “自助理赔”。

如果发票总金额不超过5000 元，可以自行在“来华留学保险”微信公众号自助理赔。

If the total amount is more than 5000 Yuan, you need to submit the paper documents to International Affairs Office, which will post to Ping An Insurance company.

如果发票总金额超过5000 元，可以在就诊结束后将保险理赔纸质材料提交至留学生管理办公室 ( 大学城校区 B1-208, 五山校区 32 号楼 208，国际校区A4b-108），随后将材料寄送到中国平安保险公司（北京）。

1) Copy of passport and visa page 护照复印件及签证页复印件

2) Original receipts 收费收据原件

3) Medical records, detailed expenditure sheet and copy of examination report and laboratory test report of each respective treatment. 每次就诊病历、费用明细、检查、报告化验单复印件

4) Bank account opened in the mainland China and accurate information of the account 中国大陆境内的银行账号及准确的账户信息

Documents to be presented for settlement of claims 理赔所需纸质材料：

（1）The daily limit for outpatient is 600 Yuan. The minimum payment line of medical treatment for outpatient and emergency is 650 Yuan. For the medical expenses exceeding the starting line of 650 Yuan, the remaining amount of the medical expenses exceeding the deductible 650 Yuan on the basis of daily limit will be reimbursed at a percentage of 85% and the accumulative payment shall not exceed the limit of 20000 Yuan.

门急诊医疗费用日限额为 600 元，在日限额的基础上累计超过 650 元免赔额以后的部分按照 85% 的比例赔付，累计给付保险金额以 20000 元为限。

（2）The insured shall get treatment in hospitals which are public medical institutions within the territory of the Mainland China. 就诊医院须在中国大陆境内的公立医院。
