个人简介

近几年来主要从事新型智能计算芯片的设计和研究工作,尤其是类脑计算芯片、存算一体技术、以及硬件安全领域物理不可克隆函数的研究。在国内外知名期刊会议发表论文十余篇,申请美国专利一项、PCT专利一项。

Enyi Yao received the B.S. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2011 and Ph.D degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University in 2016. From Oct. 2015 to Nov. 2016, he worked at Nanyang Technological University as a post-doc Research Fellow. From Dec. 2016 to 2020, he worked at Huawei Technologies as a Senior Research Engineer. Currently he is an Assistant Professor at the School of Microelectronics, South China University of Technology. His research interest includes neuromorphic system design, emerging computing technology and hardware security.
