个人简介
廖荣，博士，曾往美国硅谷学习。研究方向为：半导体工艺与器件，发表研究论文20余篇；主持或参与科研项目、企业横向项目多项；授权发明专利或实用新型专利3件；熟悉半导体器件制备工艺技术、超净室实验技术。曾多次指导学生的国家级大学生创新训练项目、中央高校基本科研业务费本科生自主选题等项目。
Liao Rong, Ph.D., used to study in Silicon Valley. His research direction is semiconductor technology and devices. He has published more than 20 research papers, presided over or participated in a number of scientific research projects and enterprise horizontal projects. He has authorized 3 invention patents and utility model patents. He is familiar with semiconductor device preparation technology and ultra-clean room experimental technology. He has directed for many times the National College Students Innovation Training Program, the undergraduate students projects of Central Universities Basic Scientific Research Program, and so on .
