个人简历

    郑彦祺,香港中文大学电子工程系博士。主要研究方向为:模拟集成电路,数模混合集成电路;电源管理芯片设计。近年主要从事模拟/数字控制功率集成电路,尤其是单电感多输出开关电源转换器的研究设计。相关成果发表于IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems 等期刊。近五年已发表IEEE期刊及会议论文二十余篇。两次指导研究生参加全国集成电路创新创业大赛获一等奖。

        Yanqi Zheng received the B.S. degree in microelectronic technology from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2004 and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2010. From 2004 to 2006, he worked in eWave Integrated Circuit Design House Co., Ltd., GuangZhou, China, as a Design Engineer. From 2010 to 2012, He was a Post-doc Fellow with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2013, He was a Research Assistant with the same Department. In 2016, He was a Research Associate with the School of Microelectronics, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, and SYSU-CMU Shunde International Joint Research Institute, Foshan, China. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Microelectronics, South China University of China. His design interest is power management IC, especially in switching mode power converter design.
